Free, no obligation
Free foundation inspection, anywhere in the OKC metro
You'll know what's causing your cracks, whether it needs fixing now, and what it would cost, before you spend a dollar.
What you get
- Floor-level measurements across the house
- A look at cracks, doors, windows, drainage and the crawl space if you have one
- A plain explanation of the likely cause
- A written estimate if repair makes sense, with the number and type of piers spelled out
How it works
- Tell us what you're seeing. Two minutes online, a call, or a text with a photo.
- A local specialist comes out. They check floor levels, walk the outside, look at cracks, drainage and the crawl space if you have one. Usually under an hour.
- You get a straight answer. What's causing it, whether it needs fixing now, and a written estimate if it does. Then you decide. No pressure.
Before the visit

- Take photos of cracks now, with a coin or ruler for scale, and note the date. If you've noticed them changing, say so.
- Mark the ends of a crack lightly in pencil. If it grows past the mark later, that's useful information.
- Clear a path to the crawl space access if you have one.
- Have any past repair paperwork or warranty handy. Many warranties transfer with the house.
Questions to ask the specialist
- What do you think is causing this, and how sure are you?
- Does it need fixing now, or can I watch it?
- If I need piers, how many, what type, how deep, and why there?
- Would drainage or watering changes help first?
- What does the warranty cover, and does it transfer if I sell?
Questions homeowners ask
How long does the inspection take?
Usually 30 to 60 minutes, longer if there's a crawl space to check.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. The specialist needs to get inside to measure floor levels and look at cracks, and it's the best time to ask questions.
Will they try to sell me something?
You'll get findings and, if repair makes sense, a written estimate. Taking time to think it over or getting a second opinion is normal and expected.
What if it turns out to be nothing?
That's a good outcome. Many cracks are cosmetic, and you'll know how to keep an eye on them.
